 First: General Overview of the Division

The Research Output Marketing Division was established at the University of Anbar by University Order No. 2253 on April 8, 2021. The work of the division specializes in the following:

1- Marketing scientific outputs between two parties under a special contract for the investment of scientific outputs, which include everything related to the results of scientificst: Overview of  research.

2- The marketing division documents the output electronically and ensures that the output has not been previously marketed, then it is referred to the scientific committee that evaluates it.

3- Both parties are committed to fulfilling the material and moral obligations stipulated in the contract concluded between them.

4- Scientific activities carried out under the followed mechanisms and instructions are funded in order to regulate the work of the division.

Second: Organizational Structure

It is one of the divisions of the Department of Scientific Affairs, which is affiliated with the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs.

Third: Division Tasks

Joint coordination for marketing and investing scientific outputs, which takes place between two parties to conduct joint scientific research and studies, ensuring the exchange of scientific and applied expertise and providing technical consultations in accordance with a contract signed between the two parties and in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions. Each party can market its scientific outputs to the other party under a special contract for the purpose of investing these outputs. Both parties are committed to fulfilling all the clauses and material and moral obligations that result from the implementation of the clauses of this mechanism within the limits and scope of the applicable laws and regulations in the country. The activities carried out under this mechanism are funded by the beneficiary of the activity and in accordance with the central regulations and instructions that were approved by both parties and according to the nature of each activity, according to the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research - Department of Research and Development 1 No.: B T2 /1824 on February 27, 2019
